                                                                                                April 3, 2007

To all of our Valued Customers,

The spring and summer of 2007 is rapidly approaching us and it is time once again to think about opening your swimming pool.   We are very excited about assisting you in having another enjoyable summer.

If you have a mesh cover, it is very important that you open your pool as early as possible. We recommend that you open your pool by May 1. The weather was very mild this fall and could potentially lead to a green pool. The earlier you open your pool, the easier your opening will be.

If you have a solid cover, you must be careful in pumping water off of your pool cover. There could potentially be thousands of gallons of water on top of your pool cover.   When water sits on top of your cover, there is a good chance that the water has actually pushed out the same amount of water from underneath the cover. Once you drain this water off of your cover, you must immediately replenish your pool with water underneath the cover.   Should you not immediately replenish your swimming pool with water, there is a chance you might damage your pool.   If you have any questions about this, please contact one of our stores.

With the new swimming pool season quickly approaching, we have many customers who wish to enhance their swimming pools. Every year, we have many new ideas and items that you can add to your swimming pool. Also, if it is time to replace your pool liner, we recommend that you come into one of our showrooms and see many of the new and exciting liner patterns we have to offer. Once again, it is very important that you schedule these enhancements as soon as possible, because our schedule does fill up quickly.

We are very excited to introduce the BioGuard chemical line. We will be phasing out the Sun chemical line. BioGuard has been recognized as the chemical industry leader in both quality and selection of chemicals. They also lead the industry with new innovations to help you keep your swimming pool clean and clear.   The pricing of BioGuard chemicals is consistent with Sun chemical pricing.   With the introduction of this new chemical line, it is important that we explain to you the differences in the names of the chemicals. We wish to make this transition very easy for you, so we will train our staff to help you in identifying these new products. The following is a quick listing of the old names of chemicals followed by the new names:
